Sutlers:
A
Sutler/Trader is defined as anyone who offers goods for sale, trade, or barter
with a total value OVER $1500.00. The
fees include one adult, one trade shelter, one personal lodge.
Blanket
Traders
A Blanket Trader is defined
as anyone who offers goods for sale, trade, or barter with a total value UNDER
$1500.00. The fees include one
adult, one personal lodge.

Sutlers/Traders,
Blanket Traders:
The Market Fair Committee requires you to display quality trade goods in
a period correct manner.
This
is not a juried event, however, non-compliance may cause it to become one.
All
sutlers/traders, blanket traders must conform to all Federal, State, County,
Township laws, and Market Fair rules. It is the responsibility of the sutler/trader,
blanket trader to contact the WV Division of Natural Resources to assure
compliance. Procurement of all Federal, State, County, and Township business
licenses, taxes and/or the collection of consumer sales tax is the
responsibility of the sutler/trader, blanket trader.
